Lead counsel for plaintiffs in a seven-count action for trade secret misappropriation, design-patent infringement, and copyright infringement after a competitor hired plaintiffs’ former division president. Case settled during document discovery.
Represented a senior executive in pre-litigation severance negotiations, finding a defect in the employer’s release that undid its waiver. Case resulted in a substantially improved exit package, without litigation.

Secured leave to amend to add newly identified accused products and drove the matter through the substantial completion of document discovery, settling the case before the commencement of expert discovery.
